The team is led by Louie Hancock of whom brings to the company a focus on civil & urban infrastructure, sports and recreation, landscape architecture mining , feedlots and a focus on private and public works projects.

PDP was successfully incorporated and launched in November 2019.

Over the past couple of years year alone Louie is responsible for delivering projects in excess to $100’s millions throughout State of Western Australia and NSW.

Over a 20 + year period Louie Hancock has gained extensive experience in building and managing projects consisting of all aspects of civil, building and Infrastructure projects for clients and influential entities such as Local Governments , Perth Airport , Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority , Western & Horizon Power, Water Corporation, Landcorp, Department of Housing , Universities, West Coast Eagles, private and public developers alike providing customer focused leadership that is underpinned with a safety first culture.
